  • Complete onboarding to the Labs workspace and provenance guardrails.
  • Frame your problem statements with participating landlords and tenants.

Month 1 — Build sprints

  • Blend registry data, live telemetry, and domain knowledge into working prototypes.
  • Join weekly product reviews with housing operators and Krowd experts.
  • Stress-test consent flows, explainability, and partner integrations.

Month 2 — Beta launch

  • Run controlled pilots with curated resident and asset cohorts.
  • Capture evidence packs, ROI signals, and impact narratives for landlords.
  • Refine commercial packaging ahead of the cohort showcase.

Month 3 — Showcase & funding

  • Demo outcomes to every landlord whose stock powered the cohort.
  • Pitch to invited backers spanning VC, SEIS, and Innovate UK programmes.
  • Graduate into the Krowd Accelerator with tailored go-to-market support.
